Warm by Design

The Challenge. The home had strong bones but lacked a cohesive interior vision - each space felt dated and disconnected from the property's natural warmth and California setting. The kitchen, bathrooms, closet, and grounds each needed a distinct identity while contributing to a unified whole.

The Approach. A warm, organic palette of white oak, Arabescato marble, and unlacquered brass was carried through every interior space. The kitchen features white shaker cabinetry with a bold oxblood island, skylights, and a tile-clad hood anchoring a Wolf range. The master bath pairs a full slab marble shower with a mosaic floor and cedar sauna, while the closet becomes a boutique dressing room with LED-lit shelving and a leather-front marble-topped island. Outside, stone terracing, a freeform pool, and mature landscaping were refined to match the home's renewed warmth.

The Result. The completed home reads as effortlessly livable and deeply considered. Light, natural materials, and crafted details flow from the kitchen through the wellness suite and out to the grounds. Every room reflects the same quiet confidence, making the house feel less renovated and more as if it was always meant to look this way.
