Structa is a Los Angeles luxury home builder built around exactly that brief. We hold the general, electrical, and plumbing licenses ourselves, run a millwork shop in-house, produce shop drawings and 3D renderings on every project, and stand on a track record that goes back to 2003. Our work lives in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, the Bird Streets, Pacific Palisades, and the canyons of greater LA.

    Handover

    Clean punch, documented warranties, owner orientation, and 12-month responsive warranty service.

Where does Structa build luxury homes?

We work in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Holmby Hills, the Bird Streets, Pacific Palisades, Mulholland, and the rest of greater Los Angeles.

Are you a licensed general contractor in California?

Yes. Structa holds an active California general contractor's license, and we also hold electrical and plumbing licenses in-house, so MEP work doesn't have to be subcontracted.

Do you work with our architect, or do you have your own?

We work with whichever architect or design team the homeowner has engaged. Most of our luxury home projects come to us with the architect already in place, and we've built repeatedly with many of the design firms in greater LA.

What is the typical timeline for a ground-up luxury home?

Schedules vary by scope and approvals, but ground-up luxury single-family homes in greater LA typically run 18-30 months from foundation to handover. We give honest estimates at pre-construction and report against them weekly.

Do you produce shop drawings and 3D renderings?

Yes - on every project. Our in-house draftsmen produce a full shop-drawing package, and we generate 3D renderings of key spaces for design sign-off before fabrication begins.
