A renovation is a different discipline from a ground-up build. The home is already there. Often the family is still living in it. The walls have stories, the moldings have history, and the work has to slot in around real life without breaking the rhythm of the household.

Two decades of luxury home construction in Los Angeles has taught us how to do that work without drama. We protect what's already beautiful, replace what needs replacing, and bring the same in-house craft - general, electrical, plumbing, and millwork - that we put on every ground-up build.

    Walkthrough & scope

    On-site visit, existing-conditions review, frank scope conversation, honest cost ranges.

  2. 02

    Design & drawings

    Coordination with the design team. Shop drawings + 3D renderings on key rooms before sign-off.

  3. 03

    Phased build

    Work sequenced to keep occupied parts of the home livable. Daily site protection. Weekly client check-ins.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Clean punch, documented warranties, room-by-room walkthrough, 12-month responsive warranty service.

Can we live in the home during the renovation?

For most renovations, yes - we phase the work and protect occupied areas so the family can stay in the house. Whole-home rebuilds usually require the homeowner to move out for the duration.

Do you do historic restorations?

Yes. We've restored period homes across greater LA, working with preservation requirements where they apply and respecting original detail throughout.

What kinds of additions do you build?

Master suites, guest wings, garage-to-living conversions, ADUs, and pool houses. We integrate the new work seamlessly into the existing home so it doesn't read as an addition.

How do you keep dust and disruption down?

Plastic and zip-wall containment, daily clean-down, controlled access routes through the home, and an end-of-day walk with the homeowner during occupied projects.

Do you handle kitchen and bath remodels only?

Yes - kitchen-only and bath-only remodels are part of our work, especially when in-house millwork is involved. We bring the same shop-drawing and approval process used on whole-home projects.
